Cancellation charges:
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours (local time) before arrival without charge. Cancellations made after this time incur a charge of 80% of the invoice amount. The same rules apply in the event of non-arrival. Room cancellations must be made in writing by fax or email. If you have had to cancel a confirmed booking, we will always endeavour to resell the room to another customer, in which case no charge will be made.
Cancellations or changes to long-term reservations for apartment rooms must be made 14 days prior to check-in.
All prices are per night per room and do not include breakfast.
